Reports suggest that under the guidance of its Central Convener, Shri Hemendra Singh Tomar, a special delegation of the Bharat Tibbat Samanvay Sangh (BTSS) visited with the Hon'ble President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind.
The delegation briefed and highlighted His Excellency on the work and aspirations of Bharat Tibbat Samanvay Sangh during this meeting. The delegation presented His Excellency with a seven-point memorandum on this occasion. Shri Hemendra Singh Tomar, BTSS Central Convenor, read each proposal to His Excellency and stated his objectives.
During this discussion, His Excellency carefully listened to all of the proposals while also assuring which departments should receive certain proposals. He stated that some of these measures pertain to the Ministry of Home Affairs, while others pertain to the Ministry of Defense, and that he will transmit his recommendations to the appropriate ministries.
During this 25-minute meeting with His Excellency, he was prepared after learning about the work of the Bharat Tibbat Samanvay Sangh in advance, and while discussing the issue of Tibet and Kailash, His Excellency offered suggestions for forming a mass movement to raise public awareness and empower youth. He said the Sangh's work is moving forward with huge goals, and it's fortunate that it's being managed by a top Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh campaigner, BJP's Organization Secretary and former Governor, Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki.
In the seven-point memorandum delivered to His Excellency, it is stated that on November 14, 1962, both Houses of the Indian Parliament issued a resolution stating that all territory that had been fraudulently occupied by China would be returned. Now, 60 years later, this strong central government should take tangible steps to implement the aforementioned decision.
On another front, it has been suggested that the Indian government strive to expand the quota of pilgrims to Kailash Mansarovar by talking to China and reimbursing the Chinese government's cost to these pilgrims.
The third demand was that the 1993 and 1996 agreements between the then-Government of India and the Communist Government of China be revoked because the Indian Army was required to remain unarmed in front of Chinese forces on the Tibet border under both agreements. It is a betrayal of the Indian Army to do so.
In the memorandum on Tibetan medicine, it was said that India should give shelter to the effective Tibetan medicine system, recognising the health advantages to the people of the country as well as the generation of revenue for the government from Tibetan families, by integrating it in AYUSH.
Another demand stated that only the Indo-Tibet border, not the India-China border, should be written and spoken in order to preserve the recognition and identity of the Tibet border. Because China has never been our neighbour and we have never shared a border with it.

There were also requests for the award of the Bharat Ratna to the organization's protégé Rajju Bhaiya and His Holiness the Dalai Lama, as well as Tibetans being granted Indian citizenship.
His Excellency was presented with a memento, BTSS's magazine SHIVBODHI, a book written on Defence Minister Raj Nath Singh, a book engraving the contemporary importance of Tibet; and Khatak, Shiva's body cloth, flowers, and Rudraksh garlands were also offered to him on behalf of Bharat Tibbat Samanvay Sangh.
