London: Mr. Sonam Tsering Frasi, representative of the Office of Tibet London, and staff members met with a Chinese delegation from the China Democracy Party in London.
Mr. Hua Huang, UK Affairs of the National Joint Headquarters of the China Democracy Party in London, invited Representative Mr. Sonam Tsering Frasi and his staff to meet with Mr. Kalsang Gyaltsen, Representative of the Office of Tibet, Taiwan, and Chinese delegations from various countries who have come to London to attend the China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan International Symposiums on Politics from April 25-27, 2022.
Mr. Kalsang Gyaltsen presented Mr. Sonam Tsering Frasi and the Chinese delegations from the United States, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Germany, as well as their staffs.
Mr. Sonam Frasi expressed gratitude to Mr. Hua Huang for the invitation and stated that Tibet supports the Chinese Democracy Party. He went on to say that he was delighted to see them and that he admired their resolve and efforts to secure democracy in China. He also informed them that under Xi Jinping, harsh practises in Tibet have continued and increased in recent years, but he is confident that Tibet would one day achieve true autonomy from the Communist dictatorship, and that we will meet in Tibet in the future.
Due of the Chinese communist party's crimes against humanity in Tibet and other parts of China, Ms. Tien-Chi, a Chinese delegation from Germany, has expressed her embarrassment at being called Chinese. She goes on to urge that Chinese leaders should kneel in front of Tibetans and apologise for their actions toward Tibet and Tibetans.
Mr. Wong Min, a representative from the United States China Democracy Party, voiced his strong support for the Tibet issue and invited Tibetans to connect with them in the future in order to discover ways to work together against the Chinese Communist Party.
Mr. Hua Hunag of the UK-based Chinese delegations expressed his delight at meeting the Representative and staff of the Office of Tibet, noting that he had previously met with Kasur Kesang Takla of the prior London-based Office of Tibet in 1998.
Other delegations also expressed their support for Tibet, saying that Tibetans are extremely kind and forgiving, and that they respect Tibetans' commitment to peace and nonviolence in their efforts to restore Tibet's independence. Few members of the delegations have met with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and are familiar with the Tibet situation.
Mr. Kalsang Gyaltsen, Representative of the Office of Tibet in Taiwan, is welcomed by the Office of Tibet in London.
